So, what's the process?

Fill out the order form. You will not be charged on this page. 

Local drop off (and pick up) is available in Freehold, NJ and Staten Island, NY.

$150 deposits are available when you book 30 days in advance. Order can be altered until the week of your wedding.

Once your form is submitted, you will receive an auto-email with a copy of your itemized invoice. If your date is available you will receive an additional email with payment information within 3 days. Once your payment is received, your date will officially be reserved and floral care & and shipping or drop-off instructions will be sent to you to ensure successful delivery.

(If your date is not available, don't worry! FDV now offers detailed DIY drying steps with videos (which is quite fun!). FDV handles the hard part of preserving them. If you opt-in for this option, you will receive a discount for handling the first step. Once payment is made FDV will contact you with instructions & and to coordinate the drop off / shipping of your dried flowers to me at the first available week).

FDV will reach out the week of your event with the shipping address or drop-off address & availability.

Once your flowers are received, FDV will dry them for up to 12 weeks.

Once the drying process is complete, your flowers will be monitored daily in a temperature-controlled environment. Your order will be put into the queue for design creation. Orders are created in chronological order of drop-off so it will take many weeks to receive a design. FDV will reach out once your design is made. You will not receive any updates prior, however you are always welcome to email me with any questions on your pending order!

For orders containing main display pieces larger than 6":

You will have 5 days to respond to the design via email. After 5 days, your order will be marked as approved and move into production. If you do not purchase the design & approval fee your design will not wait for your approval.

For orders containing add-on items only: (i.e.: ring holders, letter blocks, ornaments, etc.) you will not receive a design approval as designs are not created for pieces less than 6 inches. Your next update will be when your order ships or is ready for pick up.

Turnaround time can take 20-38 weeks! I do everything in my power to get your orders back sooner. Resin is poured daily in thin layers every 24-48 hours. This is a process worth the wait! You'll have forever to admire and cherish your timeless pieces.

Your order is complete! Get ready to receive your forever flowers! You will be notified directly via email once your piece(s) have shipped directly from USPS. If you request to pick up your order, you will be emailed with pick-up availability.
